GET IN TOUCH

Tell us a little about the garden room you have in mind and we’ll arrange a visit to your property

FINAL DESIGN & FIXED QUOTE

Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll prepare the final drawings and issue your official quotation. Once accepted, the WGJ quoted price is FIXED, provided the agreed Terms & Conditions are met.

SITE VISIT & DISCUSSION

We’ll visit your garden, look at the available space and discuss what you’d like from your new garden room, including size, layout and how you plan to use it.

BOOKING YOUR BUILD

Once the quotation is accepted, a deposit secures your project. After the deposit is received, you’ll be be provided with your Order of Works, staged payment plan and estimated start date.

INITIAL DESIGN & ESTIMATE

We’ll put together initial drawings and a preliminary specification, along with an estimated price for your project.

GETTING READY TO BUILD

We’ll arrange for materials to arrive ready for construction. At the beginning of each month during your project, you’ll also receive a calendar showing the planned dates we will be on site.

NO SURPRISES!

Once your final quotation is accepted,the agreed WGJ price wont change unless the Terms & Conditions are broken.

MAKE IT YOURS

Happy with the initial estimate? We’ll sit down again to refine the design. This is your opportunity to choose cladding colours, lighting packages and other finishes, as well as make changes to the design with no additional cost.
